RFP
RFP support
When requirements are vague, quotes spread far apart. We start by sorting out what actually differs.

-
We sort out why quotes differ
Ask several agencies for the same site and the quotes come back far apart. Most of that gap is requirements being read differently. We point out what to write down to close it.
-
Written by people who have submitted proposals
Musign submitted proposals to RFPs from SPC Group, CJ CheilJedang, Aekyung, Lotte Duty Free and The History of Whoo, and won them through competitive bidding and presentation review. We flag in advance the items that cause disputes later — maintenance scope, copyright ownership, hosting costs, search.
-
Made to be comparable
Proposals arriving in different formats are hard to compare. We propose a structure that makes every agency answer on the same terms.
How it runs
-
01
Goals
We set out what you want the site to do.
-
02
Scope
We separate what will be built from what will not.
-
03
Requirements
We write items every agency can answer on the same basis.
-
04
Evaluation criteria
We decide what the proposals will be compared on.
Related projects
Every one of these was won by submitting a proposal to the client's RFP and going through competitive bidding and presentation review. Ananti followed the same process.
Frequently asked questions
- Can we get help even if we do not award the work to Musign?
- Get in touch and we will advise. A well-written RFP makes agency comparison accurate, and that result may not favour Musign. We still think a project with clear requirements is a better project to run.
- Should the RFP state a budget?
- It is better to. Without a budget range, agencies assume different project sizes and the quotes stop being comparable. Even a range rather than an exact figure narrows the spread.
- Should we include AI search requirements?
- We would include them. Structured data, search equity succession during a renewal, and AI crawler access policy all mean reworking the structure if added afterwards. Required at RFP stage, they are part of the build.
