The same question should not need a person every time.

How we build it

  • Patented, and ours

The patent was registered in September 2024. It covers the way an operator sets up and manages the chatbot — its name, button image and greeting. Because Musign built it rather than attaching an outside service, it can be tuned to your site structure and content.

  • Enquiries sort themselves

Incoming enquiries are classified and routed to the right person. The chatbot handles simple guidance; what is left is what a person needs to see.

  • Answers grounded in your own content

It learns from your company profile, service pages and FAQ to answer visitors. The scope of answers and the tone are set to the brand.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Collect questions

We gather the enquiries that actually come in most often.

  2. 02

    Answer design

We set what the chatbot answers and when it hands over to a person.

  3. 03

    Deployment

We attach it to the site and style it to the brand.

  4. 04

    Improvement

We refine answers against real conversation logs.

Frequently asked questions

Can it be added to a site you did not build?
Yes. It can be applied to sites Musign did not build. The scope of work depends on how the site is structured, so we look at it first.
What happens when the chatbot answers wrongly?
We define the answer scope in advance and design it to hand anything outside that to a person. In operation we review real conversation logs and keep correcting what it got wrong.
Can enquiries reach our existing systems?
We integrate delivery by email or into your internal systems. The method depends on the interfaces the receiving system exposes.
