What to include
The more of this you can tell us up front, the closer the first proposal will be.
- What the site is for, and what has to change from what you have now.
- Rough page count, the languages you need, and any systems it has to connect to — ERP, CRM, commerce platform.
- Your timeline, and whether a date is fixed by a launch, a campaign or an internal deadline.
- A budget range. Not an exact figure — a range is enough to stop agencies from quoting different projects.
- How you will select the agency: direct award, price bid, or proposal and presentation.
If you are writing an RFP
We can help before you send it out. Musign has submitted proposals to RFPs from SPC Group, CJ CheilJedang, Aekyung, Lotte Duty Free and The History of Whoo, and won them through competitive bidding and presentation review.
That means we know which requirements produce comparable quotes and which ones cause disputes later. Ask us even if you do not intend to award the work to us.
The Korean enquiry form
Our structured enquiry form is in Korean. It asks the same questions as the list above and lets you attach an RFP or reference documents.
