GROUP
Group & affiliate sites
When there are many sites, management becomes the problem. As affiliates grow, updates get heavier and the sites drift apart.
Start a projectHow we build it
-
Separate on the surface, together underneath
Each affiliate has its own brand character. The screens keep that character, while the management tooling is unified so headquarters can see everything.
-
Shared rules come first
Repeating elements — header, footer, enquiry form — are defined once. New affiliates attach to the same rules.
-
Permissions get divided
We define how far headquarters and each affiliate can edit. Without that, the sites go out of alignment quickly.

Frequently asked questions
- Can affiliates look different from each other?
- Yes. Different brands should look different. Deciding which parts stay shared — header, footer, enquiry form — means each new site does not start from nothing.
- Can we add affiliates later?
- Yes. If the shared rules are written on the assumption that the group will grow, a new affiliate is built on top of those rules.
- Can affiliates manage their own content?
- We set permissions to divide it. Affiliates editing only their own content while headquarters sees everything is the usual arrangement. We shape it to your organization.
